Scope

This 107 guest suites renovation included the removal of existing wall vinyl, furniture, complete flooring and electrical fixtures, followed by the installation of new flooring, wall vinyl, electrical fixtures and furniture. 11 washrooms were completely gutted out to replace all tiles, vanities and plumbing fixtures including new showers. All corridor wall vinyl, flooring and wall mounted fixtures were updated. We collaborated with the client, designers and brand representatives from the establishment of scope from the PIP to execution on site.

In public areas, there was a complete refresh of the lobby, breakfast area, the swimming pool and the gymnasium.
